#17 Café Rabelais (French)	Rice Village		$$$ 2 Stars
It is an unassuming place, but the wine list is long and broad - and there are only French wines. The café has some great price-for-value wines to go along with many poor wines and values. Stay with these listed below. Loud. The sister restaurant is Brasserie Max & Julie.
