It appears Ibiza is a partial beneficiary of its sister Catalan’s closing, as Ibiza moved up several places the last edition with some of those wines. This is a fine place to find a red wine to your liking and your pocketbook. Clark Cooper Concepts (yucky name) also owns Brasserie 19 and Coppa Ristorante. Charles Clark is named chef here.
