This list has not resulted from discussions with
any restaurant. To supplement my own knowledge I
have consulted the reviews (to which I
subscribe) of Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator,
Burghound, Purple Pages and the International
Wine Cellar. I have not tasted all the wines. I
have included no dessert wines. For each
restaurant, the wines are presented in the order
of sparkling, white, rosé
and then red.
As noted, some of these restaurants do not
publish online a list with wines, years and
prices.
